We are very sad to report that the office will be permanently closed as of Friday, February 13, 2026, due to a family emergency. Dr. Khan’s father is seriously ill, and Dr. Khan must return home to care for his family. Unfortunately, we were unable to recruit a replacement physician on such short notice.

Prescription renewals for Port Hope office patients only will be accepted by fax and processed until 12:00 p.m. on Thursday, February 12, 2026.

Patients are advised to register with Health Care Connect as soon as possible to find a new family physician and to contact local medical offices to inquire about availability. To register for Health Care Connect in Ontario and find a family doctor or nurse practitioner, call 811 (available 24/7) or 1-800-445-1822. You must have a valid Ontario health card and a current mailing address to register.
